Licensed in 2017, Jess brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to her role directing operations for the Simon Isaacs Real Estate team. After relocating to West Palm Beach in 2024, she leads transaction management and operational strategy with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
A fifth-generation Montanan, Jess has strong roots in the values of hard work and community. She earned the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and was recognized among Berkshire Hathaway’s Top 11% and Top 9% of agents nationwide for sales volume in 2022 and 2023.
